1. Initial Consultation
At this appointment Dr. Roksar will meet with you one on one to discuss your needs and wants and what your expectations are. X-ray are taken to evaluate the bone quality and quantity and whether or not you are a suitable candidate for Teeth in a Day. Treatment options are reviewed and an estimate is given.
Once treatment is decided, a little planning and preparing on our part is needed. Here we take impressions of your teeth and a series of pictures. Your case is sent to a dental laboratory and your provisional will be fabricated. We don’t need to see you again until the day of surgery. Most likely antibiotic pre-medication will also be prescribed.
If teeth need to be extracted, they are removed the same day as the implants are placed by Dr. Roksar. An immediate denture and or provisional bridge is placed. The same day, you will go home with a beautiful set of teeth. You are able to eat, drink and speak with your provisionals until the implants heal. If necessary, some pain medication will be prescribed as well.
4. Final Bridge
Approximately 3 months later, you return to finalize your and fabricate your permanent bridge. This will take approximately 3 to 4 visits for Dr. Roksar to customize and finalize your bridge.
As with any surgery, one has some swelling and inflammation after the procedure. Dr. Roksar will go out of his way to make the process as comfortable as possible. For anxious patients, Dr. Roksar can prescribe medications that can make you more comfortable or he can work with Board Certified Anesthesiologists to provide intravenous conscious (IV) sedation and general anesthesia.
As of 2021, our cost starts at about $17,500 per arch for the Teeth in a Day. Financing available for approximately $444 per month depending on your credit. This includes the cost of dental implants, the surgical placement of at least 4 implants, and same day delivery of provisional all-acrylic set of teeth on single arch.
Please note that our patients save anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000 per arch when treatment is completed in our office. Dr. Roksar will do majority of the treatment himself. Treatment fees are much lower when compared to a two-location or multiple doctors approach, where both doctors would charge separate fees, significantly increasing the total cost of treatment.
The final cost will depend on the treatment options and needs of each patient. Dr. Roksar will review each case one on one with the patient.
